20 tph Antimony WashPlant
Neptune Sator designed a crushing and spiral washing plant for antimony ore, achieving efficient separation of 70% massive stibnite and 30% disseminatedĀ mineral.
Neptune Sator designed a specialized crushing and washing plant for antimony ore, commonly known as stibnite. The ore analysis revealed that approximately 70% of the material consisted of massive stibnite, with the remaining 30% being disseminated throughout the host rock. To efficiently process this mineralogy, the plant was equipped with a robust crushing circuit to reduce the ore to suitable sizes for liberation.
The washing process utilized spiral concentrators, chosen for their high efficiency in handling fine and gravity-sensitive particles. These spirals enabled effective separation of the stibnite from gangue minerals, maximizing recovery of the antimony while minimizing losses. The plant's design focused on optimizing throughput, recovery efficiency, and ease of operation, ensuring a cost-effective solution tailored to the mineralogical characteristics of the ore.
